Paid Media Coordinator

Adams & Knight is looking for a Media Coordinator to join its award-winning agency. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn from a talented team of collaborators eager to find the most innovative ways to build brands, engage audiences, and generate results.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, multi-disciplined media team within one of the region’s largest integrated marketing agencies. You’ll learn to support all different types of paid media strategies — from paid search and social media advertising to digital, out-of-home, and TV/video campaigns. You’ll also help facilitate communication across the broader media team, the creative team, and the account managers.
- Managing media campaigns. Working with the team, you will be responsible for helping to manage, execute, and optimize paid media programs.
- Trafficking media assets. You’ll work within the Google Campaign Manager Ad Server to facilitate media placements and generate tracking tags. You’ll also collaborate with our teams and outside vendors to traffic media assets.
- Assisting with media accounting. Partnering with our accounting department, you will enter media buys into our operating system, track media spend, and reconcile invoices against media orders.
- Monitoring/reporting results. You’ll monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and recommend optimizations as needed.

- Some experience working for a marketing and/or media agency
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent
- Some experience with different types of digital media, particularly paid social advertising
- Unflappable ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the same time
- Impeccable attention to detail; highly organized and able to prioritize activities
- Innately positive; likes to have fun at work while being a productive, accountable contributor
- Incessantly curious; eager to explore new platforms, tools, and techniques that keep our clients ahead of the curve
