Agency’s innovative office sparks creativity and teamwork

For the second year in a row, Adams & Knight, an integrated marketing agency, has been recognized by The Hartford Business Journal for having one of the most innovative workplaces in the Hartford area.  

Designed for collaboration and teamwork, the distinctive workspace features vintage advertising décor, a retro diner and a 60-seat theater, complete with 17 surround-sound speakers and a 10-foot screen, where the firm premieres its latest TV commercials, video productions and integrated campaigns. It also has an on-site film studio, where it hosts photo and video shoots. Agency principal, Bill Knight explains, “The overall design both inviting for our guests and inspirational and functional for our employees.”
