Media taps Adams & Knight’s Dugan for Super Bowl ad trends

« Back to “News”

Patrick Dugan, creative director and chief copywriter at Adams & Knight, has been featured in several recent media broadcasts to analyze and discuss the TV commercials which were broadcast during Super Bowl 50.

Drawing from his years of experience in the advertising industry, Pat commented on the best, worst and weirdest TV commercials of the night and shared his insights on general advertising trends.

“Overall, it wasn’t a strong year for the Super Bowl ads,” Dugan said. “Advertisers seemed to be playing it fairly safe after last year’s Super Bowl, in which several ads were criticized for being too downbeat or thought-provoking. Because of that, we didn’t see those one or two ads that really grabbed your attention.”
