Consumer research basis for new marketing campaign
Adams & Knight produces next phase of Connecticutâ€™s still revolutionary ads, TV spots
To spur travel this summer, Adams & Knight has created a new integrated marketing and advertising campaign for the state of Connecticut.
Now running across New England, the advertising spots, titled “Revolutionary Thoughts”, showcase the rich blend of activities that Connecticut offers travelers.
Adams & Knight CEO, Jill Adams says, “Based on research conducted among residents of Connecticut and potential travelers to the state, we learned that many had a fuzzy view of what there is to do in Connecticut. We wanted to replace that fog with big beautiful images of the dynamic mix of activities Connecticut has to offer.”
The campaign, which includes an integrated mix of :15 TV spots, out-of-home advertising and digital ads, features unique pairings of different types destination spots and attractions all across the state. “Strategically, we want to make people aware that when they escape to Connecticut, they can enjoy a diverse balance of activities that are relaxing and active, historic and contemporary, and cultural and natural—all close to home—and close to each other,” says Adams.
