Top 2014 Lamplighter Award goes to Adams & Knight
Agency wins Best in New England for Hartford HealthCare campaign
Adams & Knight, Inc., an integrated marketing agency, received top honor at the annual New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo) Lamplighter Awards Show on May 15 in Mystic, Connecticut.
Together with its client, Hartford HealthCare, the agency earned the Best in New England award for its internal communications campaign, entitled HHC&Me. The campaign encouraged more than 18,000 employees at Hartford HealthCare to comply with a new 2014 requirement that they either enroll or waive their benefits.
On accepting the coveted prize, Adams & Knight, Senior Vice President, Reem Nouh, said, “This is such a satisfying win for the team. The campaign not only changed long-standing behaviors in getting thousands of employees to respond, but it also played a critical role in whether or not employees (and their families) would have the benefits they need.”
In other categories, Adams & Knight earned two gold Lamplighter awards for its work with Hartford Hospital on its digital annual report and its Become a Donor social/cause marketing campaign. The agency also took home a silver for its Stop the Stigma social campaign which helped Hartford Hospital generate awareness for mental illness.
