What do you find most fulfilling about your work?

I actually enjoy analyzing data to solve problems. I like to be a part of a team that works together to achieve a common goal. I am motivated by the challenge of taking complex financial problems, breaking them down into understandable pieces and developing successful solutions.

I seek to understand before being understood. I believe the most successful leaders find ways to inspire teams to follow their vision to get to a common goal by listening, leading by example, showing empathy and respect for others and making fair and data-supported decisions.

What motivates you?

I am motivated by the people I work with. A great team produces great results.

What activities do you enjoy?

I enjoy playing golf, watching college and professional sports and staying active. I am the biggest fan in the stands at my kids’ travel baseball, soccer and golf matches. I like to share a great bottle of wine with family and friends and spend time outside hiking, camping and traveling with my wife and kids.

What is your idea of happiness?

Being together with family and friends and sharing laughs.
