We have a lot of parents here. And they can all tell you that when kids need medical care, it’s often unexpected, and almost always at an inconvenient time. But that doesn’t have to mean sacrificing the best quality when you want to get them better. We knew there was power in connecting “expert, kid-friendly care” with “after hours availability.”
Our campaign both celebrated the energy and quirkiness of kids and empathized with parents who know all too well where those qualities can lead. Many different ads enabled us to spotlight all the moments Connecticut Children’s urgent care is ready for — from belly aches to earaches. Tying everything together is a “kids will be kids” attitude and love for children that has helped distinguish Connecticut Children’s care for decades.
