Travelers had marketing tools and communication materials being promoted on many different websites, with no centralized location that they could send agents to access all of these tools and materials. And, each site organized its tools differently, often based on what Travelers had to offer/promote, not what the agent was looking to do. And at the end of the day, these agents needed to know not only what tool they were looking for — but also, which site they could access it from. 

Ideas

Adams + Knight was tasked with helping Travelers to develop a centralized “hub” off of their secure AgentHQ login from which all marketing/sales tools could be promoted. The goals of this new agent marketing experience were designed to:

  • Enhance the visibility of the breadth of marketing tool Travelers already offered agents;
  • Then, streamline access to these tools so that agents can more easily find the tools that are best suited to help them accomplish their goals.
  • Finally, we reorganized access to these tools based on agent objectives (agents find the task they want to accomplish, then see all of the tools we offer to help).

Impact

  • 90% of agents rated the new Toolkit 7 or higher.
  • 40% rated 9 or 10!
  • Nearly 9,000 agents are actively using the video customizer
  • Custom agent landing pages have been viewed over 125,00 times
  • Agents who’ve embeded videos into their sites have seen over 1.76 million times
