The Connecticut Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) awarded Adams & Knight the prestigious “Best of Show” award for an integrated campaign it created for Renzulli Learning Systems. The agency also earned six Mercury Awards at the PRSA’s annual awards show.
The “Best in Show”—the PRSA’s top honor—is awarded to the best entries in both the tactical and campaign categories. Adams & Knight received “Best in Show” honors in the campaign category for the integrated campaign it created for Renzulli Learning. The campaign featured research, Web design, branding initiatives, and public relations strategy that helped successfully introduce the education software company’s product to school districts nationally.
As one judge said, “This is a near-perfect campaign in my opinion. Excellent!”
Adams & Knight received the most awards of the evening, taking home six Gold Mercury Awards and one Silver. The awards recognized the agency’s work in crisis communications, integrated campaigns, special events, video programs and bylined article placement. The agency garnered Gold Mercury awards for public relations campaigns developed for Travelers, Renzulli Learning, and Nassau’s Furniture as well as for work for Jefferson National Life Insurance and United Way of the Capital Area.
The agency received a Silver Mercury award for a video program it developed for United Way of the Capital Area as a part of the organization’s annual fundraising campaign.
