American Marketing Association Awards Adams & Knight Eight Mark of Excellence Awards

The American Marketing Association’s (AMA) Connecticut chapter awarded Adams & Knight with eight Mark of Excellence Awards (MOE) for strategic campaigns it created for its financial, education, consumer and nonprofit clients.

The American Marketing Association awards are judged based on three key criteria: strategy, execution, and results. The eight MOEs presented to Adams & Knight span work for a variety of clients across a variety of disciplines, including integrated marketing campaigns, public relations, crisis communications, Web site development, special event promotion, collateral, and television advertising.

“We are very pleased to be honored for the collaborative campaigns that helped our clients reach their business goals,” said Jill Adams, president of Adams & Knight. “The Association’s recognition underscores the agency’s leadership in developing strategic programs in B-to-B, consumer, nonprofit, financial services, education and consumer industries.”

Six marketing awards were given for strategic campaigns the agency developed for Sun Life Financial, Mass Mutual, Renzulli Learning Systems, United Way and Hartford Stage. Two additional MOEs were awarded for a results-generating public relations campaigns created for Travelers and a crisis communications program developed for Nassau’s Furniture.

Adams & Knight previously received the AMA’s Marketer of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2007 for its work with Masonicare, Hartford Stage and United Way.
