We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude, someone who has the energy and talent to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We expect you to have at least 5+ years of experience designing websites or digital assets with specific strengths in user experience and interactive design.

Five + years experience working within a digital or advertising agency
Excellent portfolio of work
Able to contribute from wireframe through the creation of clean, valid XHTML
Experienced with designing for (but not necessarily coding) Javascript and AJAX interfaces
Know your way around all the usual software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Extensive experience with design and animation utilizing Adobe Flash
Expertise in information architecture and user-experience modeling
Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs
Video encoding/streaming skills a plus
Experience designing for mobile is a definite advantage

Like to take something highly technical and turn it into plain English? Enjoy leading readers down logical paths? Adams & Knight is searching for a copywriter with experience in the financial or insurance industries who can write longer-form copy along with short, sweet headlines.

Most writing will come in the form of product brochures, newsletters, websites, videos and presentations that require willingness to dive into details as well as a passion for crafting well-structured, well-thought-out persuasive copy. Ideally, applicants will possess:

At least 5 years of writing experience in the financial or insurance industries
