We expect you to have at least 5+ years of experience designing websites or digital assets with specific strengths in user experience and interactive design.

• Five + years experience working within a digital or advertising agency
• Excellent portfolio of work
• Able to contribute from wireframe through the creation of clean, valid XHTML
• Experienced with designing for (but not necessarily coding) Javascript and AJAX interfaces
• Know your way around all the usual software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Extensive experience with design and animation utilizing Adobe Flash
• Expertise in information architecture and user-experience modeling
• Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs
• Video encoding/streaming skills a plus
• Experience designing for mobile is a definite advantage
